The importance of the full loop

While each individual part of the loop is important, following the whole loop will help provide greater insight to the overall picture.

Think of it like a recipe or a sports team. While individual ingredients can taste great on their own, when combined into a full dish, the taste of all the ingredients can be elevated.

Or your favorite team. They may have individual stars, and while alone they can shine bright, when the team plays as a unit is when wins and championships emerge.

And monitoring and keeping up with your health can seem daunting, we, at Sage, are here to help with these 4 steps. Make being proactive with your health, practical.

The First Step

Testing

Testing

The importance of this step is to establish a baseline. Whether you have years of bloodwork you haven't checked or have yet to start getting bloodwork, you need to know where your health is so you know where your health has been; or where your health is going. One snapshot is a starting point, but doesn't show the whole picture. Multiple snapshots show a trend and provide greater insight on where your health lies. If you don't have a baseline yet, it's a good idea to get a test now. If you have already had your annual checkup and it's been awhile, it's a good idea to get another test to see how you are trending.

Where to actually get the blood testing done

You can check with your primary care, but if you don't want to waiting for an appointment or don't have a primary care doctor to check with, we offer convenient options. We have partnered with Quest for comprehensive lab testing and also provide at-home testing alternatives for convenient blood testing at home, don't even have to leave your couch.

The Second Step

Understanding your results

Understanding your results

What happens after your blood test? You got your test results back, but what do they mean. Apob this, LDL that, Low TSH, Free T4 what; you have a lot of terminology thrown your way and a lot of it can seem like a foreign language. Understanding is important. Understanding gives you direction, if you can't read the map; you're gonna get lost.

Sage Healthspan App

Here's where the Sage App helps. You can upload your results into our AI-driven app; it will clearly explain to you in plain english what your results mean to you personally. Understand where you are so you know where you are going.

The Sage Healthspan app takes the work out of the trend. Upload your lab PDFs and the app extracts the values, interpreting them against a closed library of over 200 biomarkers our clinical team curated from functional-medicine sources and longevity research. The trends show up over time. The markers you're missing get flagged. And you get 10 questions to take to your next doctor's appointment.

Two things to know about how it works. First, the AI is pattern-matching against the closed library, it isn't sending your data to OpenAI or Google to interpret. Second, your data stays on your device.

Free for your first 100 biomarker line items, about a few years of standard panels, or one full comprehensive panel uploaded. After that, $9.99 one-time for unlimited everything, forever. Not a subscription.
